How we operate
Say what the scope is
Inclusions, exclusions, and open questions are written down before work starts. Ambiguity is the most expensive thing on a project.
Plan around the building
Occupancy, access, and shutdown windows come first. The schedule is built to fit the facility rather than the other way around.
Hold the coordination
When ATL carries more than one scope, one contact owns the interfaces between them and with the trades around us.
Prove the work
Startup records, test results, punch closure, and turnover documents are part of the deliverable, not an afterthought.
Execution model
Four steps, documented at each stage.

Understand the scope
We review drawings, specifications, site conditions, and constraints, then confirm what is included, what is excluded, and what is still unresolved.

Plan the work
We build a sequence that fits the building's operating reality: access windows, shutdowns, phasing, long-lead equipment, and manpower.
- 03
Coordinate execution
One point of contact holds the schedule across our scopes and coordinates with the GC, other trades, and facility staff as the work proceeds.
- 04
Document completion
Work closes out with verification the client can file: punch resolution, startup and test records, as-builts, and turnover documentation.
