GC & Prime Teaming

Built to be an easy subcontractor to carry.

This page is for estimators and procurement managers. It states what ATL performs, which scopes fit, how we coordinate in the field, and exactly what we need to price your project.

Scope fit

Scopes that fit ATL.

If your package includes any of these, we can bid it. If it includes something adjacent, ask — we will say plainly whether it is ours.

  • Interior demolition and buildout
  • Building modifications and selective structural work
  • Mechanical equipment replacement
  • Chilled water and mechanical piping
  • HVAC and controls scopes
  • Site work and exterior repairs
  • Facility support during construction
  • Logistics, material handling, and moves

Trade coordination

How we work alongside your other subcontractors.

One point of contact

A single ATL contact holds our scope, our schedule, and our submittals. You are not chasing three people for one answer.

Sequence-first planning

We build our sequence against your schedule, then flag the interfaces where another trade has to be ahead of us or behind us.

Interface tracking

Where our scope meets electrical, controls, fire protection, or the owner's vendors, we identify the handoff in writing before the work starts.

Documented field changes

Field conditions and directives are captured and priced in the open, so change discussions happen with a record behind them.

To price your project

Send what you have. Missing items become clarification questions, not assumptions buried in the number.
